First on our list is Dan Stachowiak’s coaching podcast. Stachowiak is a no-nonsense guy that has tons of leadership experience. His podcast can help you keep your employees engaged and productive, plus he regularly interviews CPAs, CFOs, and business owners that answer the tough questions.

2. Without Fail

This podcast, hosted by Alex Blumbeg, helps prove that failure is just another step on the road to success. Interviews with politicians, business owners, professional athletes, and musicians show that sometimes your tragedy can lead you to the best opportunity of your life.

3. Ask a Manager

Through the Ask A Manager Podcast (and website, and book!), Alison Green tackles the toughest hiring and managing questions in every industry by fielding write-in questions. These are the toughest of subjects, ranging from sticky ethical situations to just plain weird employee behavior.

Looking for inspiration from a tried-and-true professional? Try Nieuwhof’s show that focuses on leadership-related anxiety and the struggles you may encounter to lead a tip effectively. This can be a particularly great resource for those new to leadership.

Entrepreneur Corey Poirier shares wisdom for small businesses and entrepreneurs like himself. Poirier emphasizes passion in all professional projects, so his words may be just the inspiration you need.
