in order to become a DAVIS employee. We
assess each and every clerical employee's computer skills
on major software programs. Light industrial applicants
are required to take and pass written skills testing
including a safety test and are given additional video
safety training. Finally, we conduct a thorough reference
check on each and every single applicant prior to hiring
him or her.

Workplace Program
In June 1997, we implemented a drug-free workplace program
that ensures that every new employee must take and pass
a drug test prior to being hired. We are the first staffing
service in this area to drug screen every applicant
