All applicants, clerical, light industrial, professional, or technical must successfully pass comprehensive evaluations in order to become a DAVIS employee. We assess each and every clerical employee's computer skills on major software programs. Light industrial applicants are required to take and pass written skills testing including a safety test and are given additional video safety training. Finally, we conduct a thorough reference check on each and every single applicant prior to hiring him or her.

Drug-Free Workplace Program
In June 1997, we implemented a drug-free workplace program that ensures that every new employee must take and pass a drug test prior to being hired. We are the first staffing service in this area to drug screen every applicant before we send him or her to work for you. Only DAVIS can give you this type of assurance -- at no extra cost to you!

We'll keep that person on our payroll for as long as you like, while you assess the employee's performance on the job.

Full-time Staffing
Finding a full-time employee is tough work: It involves advertising, screening resumes, scheduling applicants for interviews and testing, interviewing, and performing background checks and drug screens. DAVIS can do all of this for you. We'll present you with qualified candidates; all you have to do is interview them.

Long-term Staffing
DAVIS can supply you with employees to work on long-term assignments. Long-term staffing can involve just a few individuals, or a significant portion of the staff required to operate a specific departmental function on an ongoing basis.
